Project Reveal: Fountain Hills Guest Bedroom + Bath

Today we are continuing the tour of our latest project. In case you missed it you can catch the reveal of the main living areas here. Our goal with this guest bedroom was to create a space that was a cozy home away from home for our clients friends + family who came to visit. Like the rest of the home this room got fresh paint, new oak floors, white window trim and motorized window coverings. The stars of this room are definitely the upholstered headboard complete with a leather strap detail and these oversized blue table lamps!

You can hardly recognize this guest bathroom! We removed the storage tower and added a second sink, giving this space a more open feel and more functional for guest. The custom cabinetry was finished in a blue gray color complete with the cutest brass pulls. The curves from the arched mirrors + round sconces add balance to all the square edges often found in a bathroom.

The shower was a major glow up. We had the dated glass block removed and installed a much smaller window put in. Even with a smaller window this shower is much brighter + inviting and is now more private haha! The basketweave flooring from the vanity space is carried into this shower with a beautiful carrara marble in an oversized format.
