Now Hiring: Procurement Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth execution of our client projects, working closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure every item is ordered, tracked, and delivered with precision. Responsibilities
Assist in the full ordering and procurement process, including purchase order creation, vendor communication, and order tracking from placement through delivery
Maintain and update FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) spreadsheets with accurate, up-to-date information throughout each project phase
Manage damage claims, vendor disputes, and coordinate repairs in a timely and professional manner
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, trade partners, and subcontractors
Coordinate scheduling for trades and deliveries, ensuring alignment with project timelines
Maintain organized and current client binders, folders, invoices, and purchase orders
Collaborate with the design team to resolve open items and keep projects moving forward (i.e., updating spec schedules)
Support install preparation, including pulling, packing, and inventorying accessories and FF&E items alongside the designer
Assist with on-site client installs alongside the warehouse team; availability to travel out of state as needed
Receive and check in all studio deliveries for client projects, documenting any discrepancies
Run client-related errands and provide general project support as needed
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is/has:
Exceptional attention to detail — you catch things others miss
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to be direct and assertive with vendors and subcontractors
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Drive, Slack, experience with project management or procurement software (e.g., Studio Designer, Houzz Pro, or similar) is a plus
Familiarity with wholesale, trade vendors, and the interior design industry preferred
Self-motivated, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
