Today we are sharing a kitchen remodel that is extra special to us! We worked with Krystal and Jason from Arnett Properties to help them remodel a couple of spaces in their new home. Not only are Krystal and Jason good friends of ours, but Krystal is my cousin. Since they did a kitchen remodel in their last house, they had a pretty clear vision of what they wanted this time which made things a lot easier for us. This home was built decades ago and had never been updated so we tore out everything in the kitchen and were able to start from scratch. The green island makes this kitchen feel extra special and a little more unique. We love it paired with the cognac barstools that create such visual interest and depth. We designed this custom hood to have a wood base to add warmth to the space and to tie into the floating shelves. The three milk glass pendants, paired with the brass finish, are one of my favorite features of the kitchen and gives this space a vintage feel. We love all how all of the accessories finish off this space and are excited to announce that they are all available through our newly launched online shop LW Home! This was such a fun project to work on and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
