From initial design concepts through construction project management and final design install, our full-service design firm owns every step in a new build, renovation or full-furnishing job.
The Lexi Westergard Design team has been rapidly growing over the past year as we take on more custom build and full remodel projects for our clients. We're officially ready to welcome a new member to the team and hire a part-time design assistant with opportunity to expand to a full time role.

Part to Full Time Design Assistant
Has plans or is currently enrolled in a Interior Design Program
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Google Drive + proficiency in Auto-CAD is desired
Attention to detail with organization skills and an ability to multi-task
Incredible work ethic and reliable
Self-motivated
Strong communication and written skills
Be a team player and work well with others
Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area
A basic knowledge of invoicing and creating proposals is a plus
Friendly and fun!
THE POSITION
Work under the direction of our principle and junior designer
Help develop design boards and specification books
Gather quotes from vendors and put together client proposals
Prepare items for client presentation and get the team set up for meetings
Collect and return samples and visit showrooms
Run client and office related errands
Assist with project installations and photo shoot days
Fulfill LW Home shop orders
Unbox packages and organize inventory
THE HOURS & COMPENSATION
This is a part time position that could turn into full time. It is paid on an hourly basis and compensation is based on experience.
THE LOCATION
This job is based in Mesa, Arizona and applicant must be local to the Phoenix area.
