We have a new project to share with you today and it is a good one! This project is a 1930’s home located in the historical Encanto Park area of Phoenix. With it being a historical home the bones of the house, as you can imagine, are amazing! Solid walnut doors, amazing fire place, beautiful french doors, and a ceiling detail that is so unique are just a few elements that make this home one of a kind. We wanted to keep to the style of the home while adding a fresh modern twist to it. We did this by adding in elements that are classic to the Spanish style like iron and carved wood, but also having pieces that are more streamline and modern to create a balanced look.
