A powder bath is one of my favorite rooms in a house. It is a small space that can make a big impact. The powder bath from our 51st Reno project is no exception! We just fell in love with this blue cement tile and it was the jumping off point for the design. From there we added a natural vanity to bring some warmth into the room.
We decided to go with brass sconces to tie into the brass faucet and these ones were simply yet elegant and perfect for this space. We knew we wanted to have some sort of moulding on the walls and the simplicity of the board and batten squares was the perfect touch. It adds interest with out making the room too formal or fussy. The octagon space mirror breaks up all of the squares in the space and introduces a new shape. It is hard to pick my favorite room in this house, but I think this might be my favorite bathroom! I love how it turned out and hope you do too!
