My blog has been down for a week so I haven’t been able to share the before and after of this powder bath with you. Well everyone, it is finally up and running and I am excited to share this space with you now! This bathroom sits right off of the main family room and the only request we had was for it to be fun and a little funky. The bathroom isn’t very big, so I knew that a graphic wallpaper would achieve both of these requests. We added a wainscoting of subway tile below the wallpaper to keep it safe from kids’ sticky fingers:). They also wanted to have some storage in the bathroom so I picked out this cute vintage style medicine cabinet to put above the vanity. I love that you can’t even tell that it is a medicine cabinet! I hope that you love the after as much as I do!
The vanity they had before wasn’t bad at all, but my client couldn’t set anything on top of it. We decided to get a larger vanity so they could have more room for hand soap and other miscellaneous items. We also decided to go with a brass faucet to warm up the space and to tie into the brass and black sconce on the wall.
